The Interview Process
Maximize the potential for a "right fit" opportunity.
As a candidate, the interview process allows you to assess your interest in the position, the company, the people and
the opportunity. At the same time, the company interviewers are assessing your qualifications, your interest in
the work and whether or not you have the interpersonal qualities required for success in their organization.
During the initial stages of the interview process, you should be much more focused on what the company thinks
about you rather than the other way around. If not, there may not be a second interview, and of course, no offer.
If the employer is interested in you, you will have ample time to get answers to your questions during the latter
stages of the interview process.
