Is Sherpa open? Yes!  Currently, Sherpa's offices are operating under our normal hours, Monday through Friday, 8 AM - 5:30 PM.  Please check back for up-to-date information, as developments related to Covid-19 are unfolding quickly.

Candidate FAQ's

Should I come in for my interview at Sherpa?  We have shifted interviewing to a virtual format.  For questions about your interview, give your recruiter a call or call our main line at 704.374.0001.

Should I go in for my interview with a Sherpa client company?  We are encouraging our client hiring managers to shift to virtual interviews, but it is best to confirm logistics with your Sherpa recruiter to be sure.  If you are uncomfortable visiting a company site, please notify your Sherpa recruiter as soon as possible.

Am I still able to apply for jobs?  Absolutely.  We are continuing to support client companies with top talent on a contract, contract to hire and direct hire basis.  To view our available jobs, visit our Career Portal

Client FAQ's

What if I have Sherpa contract employees working for me?  We will stay in touch with you, but please keep both your Sherpa account manager and Sherpa contractor assigned to you informed about the status of your operations.

Is Sherpa able to assist me with hiring needs right now?  Yes!  Our account managers are available to assist you and welle-quipped to host video conferences to listen to your needs and help provide you with solutions.

How can I contact my account manager or reach out to Sherpa?  The normal methods of contact, direct phone and email, will reach us when we are working remotely.  Should you be unable to reach your account manager, call our main line at 704.374.0001 and we’ll be happy to help you!

Contractor FAQ's

Should I report to my worksite?  Please follow the guidelines set forth by the employer where you are assigned.  If you aren't sure, reach out to your Sherpa representative as soon as possible.
