Sherpa is pleased the announce the addition of three new members to our recruiting and staffing team in first quarter of 2023: Molly Efird, Darius Ramsey, and Kalik Nesbitt.
Molly Efird joins Sherpa Project Management
A graduate of Purdue University, Molly joined our Project Management team in February. Her responsibilities will include both recruiting and business development. In her role, she will assist both Project Management professionals and Sherpa clients making contract, contract to hire and direct hire placements of talent to opportunity.
Darius Ramsey joins Senior Financial and Accounting practice
Darius Ramsey joined Sherpa in March as an Executive Recruiter on our Accounting and Finance team. Ramsey graduated from Western Carolina University with an undergraduate degree in Business Administration and a Master’s in Accounting. To Sherpa, Darius brings first-hand experience working in the accounting field as well as sourcing and recruiting Accounting and Finance professionals. At Sherpa, he’ll focus on connecting with and placing mid to senior-level specialized finance and accounting talent.
Kalik Nesbitt added to Accounting and Financial Staffing team
Kalik Nesbitt also joined Sherpa in March. In his role as a Senior Staffing Manager on our Accounting and Financial Staffing team, Kalik will assist Accounting and Finance professionals in finding transactional accounting roles in the Charlotte area. Kalik’s experience includes recruiting financial professionals on a national level with a Fortune 50 financial services firm. Kalik graduated from North Carolina A&T, earning both his Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees from the school.
