Job Overview
- Identify and cultivate relationships with companies to fill roles, primarily in Accounting and Finance.
- Build and keep current an assigned customer target list, create and execute strategies to earn new clients or expand upon current relationships
- Develop effective recruiting plans: managing candidate and client pipeline in Applicant Tracking System (ATS), external job sites, career fairs, social media, etc.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with social and professional networks to source qualified candidates and expand client relationships.
- Screen job candidates, including reviewing resumes and qualifications to determine suitability of candidates, scheduling and coordinating interviews cooperatively with hiring managers, verifying references and coordinating relevant pre-employment screening/background checking.
- Manage all communication with candidates, from informing about the job and company to briefing and debriefing before and after interviews and extending offers of employment within company procedures.
- Manage the job offer including negotiation and administration
- Negotiate rates and applicable business terms based on market rates and Sherpa guidelines.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent. Preferably in Accounting or Finance.

As an Account Executive, you will be instrumental in growing market revenue through new business development, expansion of existing client relationships and oversight of consulting engagements. As an Account Executive, you will have the excitement of building and owning a client portfolio while partnering with other teammates to achieve sales and business objectives.
