Peter Olsson’s initial focus will be on placing high-level Accounting, Finance and Business Transformation Talent.

Peter will be working across Sherpa’s Accounting & Finance and Business Transformation practice areas, initially working to identify and place candidates in those verticals and, ultimately, taking on business development for these divisions as well.
Previously, Peter gained firsthand talent acquisition experience in the Charlotte market, recruiting for Accounting, Finance, and Technology opportunities. In particular, he enjoys three aspects of his recruiting career most:
- The people he has the opportunity to meet and assist in building their careers and livelihoods.
- The opportunity to gain Charlotte market knowledge from both a client and candidate perspective.
- Perhaps most importantly, making and nurturing connections between professionals that have limitless potential.
Additionally, Peter Olsson was born in Charlotte (but raised in Beaufort, SC) and is a graduate of the University of South Carolina.
Fun fact: Peter is a self-professed GIS evangelist who loves maps.
