Charlotte, NC – 9/15/25 — Sherpa, a leading talent solutions firm specializing in Accounting & Finance, Human Resources, Marketing, Business Transformation, Supply Chain and Corporate Support, is proud to announce the addition of Scott Pullen, MBA, as a Partner in the firm.
A Decade of Leadership and Growth
Scott first joined Sherpa in 2016 as a recruiter on the Human Resources and Executive Support team. He later gained experience with a national retained search firm before returning to Sherpa in 2019. Upon his return, he assumed leadership of the HR and Corporate Support practices. Under his leadership, Sherpa expanded its reach and expertise with the launch of the firm’s Marketing practice and oversight of the transactional Accounting Operations team, all of which he continues to guide and grow today.
In addition to his professional contributions, Scott served as Vice President of Membership for the Charlotte Chapter of the National Association of African Americans in Human Resources (NAAAHR) from 2021 to 2023. Scott graduated from Wingate University, where he competed in Cross Country. He then went on to earn his MBA from Shorter University while coaching the school’s Cross Country team. Outside of work, Scott enjoys spending time with his wife, Allison, and their two young sons, Luke and Ethan.
