Charlotte, NC – 9/15/25 — Sherpa, a leading talent solutions firm specializing in Accounting & Finance, Human Resources, Marketing, Business Transformation, Supply Chain and Corporate Support, is proud to announce the addition of Scott Pullen, MBA as a Partner in the firm.
Scott first joined Sherpa in 2016 as a recruiter on the Human Resources and Executive Support team. After gaining experience with a national retained search firm, he returned to Sherpa in 2019 to lead the HR and Corporate Support practice. Under his leadership, Sherpa expanded its reach and expertise with the launch of the firm’s Marketing practice and oversight of the transactional Accounting Operations team, all of which he continues to guide and grow today.
In addition to his professional contributions, Scott served as Vice President of Membership for the Charlotte Chapter of the National Association of African Americans in Human Resources (NAAAHR) from 2021 to 2023. A graduate of Wingate University, where he competed in Cross Country, Scott went on to earn his MBA from Shorter University and coached that school’s Cross Country team during that time. Outside of work, Scott enjoys time with his wife, Allison, and their two young sons, Luke and Ethan.
